Membership to APBA is free. Our mission is to affect a change in the legislation which allows almost anybody to offer quick property purchase and Sell and Rent Back solutions to the consumer.
We believe that the consumer needs to be protected from unscrupulous operators and we are keen that government ackonwledges that the consumer is threaded into a sense of false security by companies or individuals that are no more than a pretty website.
Our membership will create a single channel for many voices all expressing the same concern and wanting to achieve the same goal: the protection of the consumer and the development of a single organisation of reputable, respected operators in the property buying markets.
