Welcome to APBA. The Approved Property Buyers Association has been created to protect the consumer from businesses in the property buying industry.
We are encouraging property professionals to join us in calling for the property buying industry to be FSA regulated, or similar.
The 'fast property purchase', 'mortage rescue' or 'sale and rent back' industries are burgeoning and we are calling for immediate regulation of this industry to protect the consumer.
